The past week has been amazing, busy, beautiful and apparently devoid of internet services of any quality. In one respect I am so thankful for having terrible internet. So bad even our phones could not get service in many cases. Occasionally we were able to get messages out here and there but, even phone calls with some of the guys have been hard to maintain due to service outages. Even here, the internet is limited but I am attempting to send this. We’ll see!
Last Wednesday morning, June 6 we met with the Sunrise House of Prayer, a Chinese House of Prayer here in Los Angeles. They are prayer partners with us and support our family through their prayers. It was such an honor to pray with them and be encouraged by them.

We are in the top left side of the map with the line going to the U.S. They are a disciple-making body of believers and were interested to hear about reaching young people.

The Sunrise HOP is open 7 days a week and this group prays specifically from 6-9AM 7 days a week, hosts 2, 24 hour prayer events each month, and gathers and goes up to the mountaintop once a month for prayer. Their dedication is such an encouragement to me to pray more!
While with our Sunrise friends we were introduced to a group focused on bringing refuge relief to the Arabic people in Syria, Iraq and other parts of the middle east. There were some fantastic connections made here that were definitely from the Lord. I’d love to share more but don’t know I can at this time.
Wednesday morning my good friend Nick came to have breakfast with us before we departed. Nick has played an important role in what God has done in my life with regard to the prophetic. He is highly gifted, intelligent and just an all around cool guy! We loved seeing him, praying with and for him and having him bless us on our journey!
Redwood National Forrest
WOW! The trees here are big! I can’t begin to explain how big. Pictures just don’t do it justice. Below is one of my favorites. I am working on an online album from the various places but our internet problem is preventing it. Hopefully at the camp tomorrow we will have better internet and I can share more. For now, I am happy to be able to get these up for folks to see.

Redding California
We spent one night in Redding and came specifically to visit Bethel Church. We were late, had trouble initially and even considered leaving just because so much was going wrong. But, the Lord was faithful and in the midst of a packed auditorium we ended up right on the second row listening to Bill Johnson preach.
Crater Lake Oregon
We have really enjoyed this campground and have appreciated the past few days of rest before we head to the camp on the 13th. If you are ever in the area look up the Crater Lake Resort. They have cabins, canoes, RV spots with full hookups and one of the best stocked general stores we have seen at a campground. The kids had a great deal of fun but their favorite and mine was the free canoes and the river that flowed right behind our campsite.

The kids canoeing the creek right behind our camp site.

Today we drove up to see Crater Lake which is absolutely beautiful. It is the deepest lake in the United States and the water is crystal clear!

More info to come in the next few days as we get settled into the camp. Thank you for continued prayer and support. I hope to get more pictures online soon so you can see all the beauty God has created along our journey.
